B-RIGHT REALESTATE LIMITED's material subsidiary, B-Right Realestate Ventures LLP, has increased its stake in B-Right Bombay Highlines Developers Private Limited by acquiring an additional 31% for Rs. 31,000. This raises the subsidiary's total shareholding from 49% to 80%, giving it controlling interest.

The move aims for better management and operational control over the real estate developer.

B-Right Bombay Highlines Developers, incorporated in 2024, reported Nil turnover, a loss of Rs. 5,900, and a net worth of (Rs. 94,100) for FY 2025-2026, indicating it's a nascent venture now under consolidated control.
