Shree Refrigerations Limited shareholders have approved the appointment of Ms. Rucha Ravalnath Shende as a Whole-Time Director for a three-year term.

Ms. Shende, a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design, brings valuable project execution and design integration experience to the board.

This appointment signifies a continuation of family leadership, as she is the daughter of the company's Managing Director and a Whole-Time Director, and sister to another Whole-Time Director.
