Shareholders can access the AGM Notice and Annual Report electronically or via web-links.

Remote e-voting will be available from September 22, 2026 (9:00 AM IST) until September 24, 2026 (5:00 PM IST), with voting rights determined by shares held as of September 18, 2026. This allows shareholders to participate in key company decisions and review performance.
