SVS Ventures' Board has approved key appointments.

Mr. Saurabh pritam das was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and subject to shareholder approval.

This strengthens the board's independent oversight.

Additionally, M/s. A. Shubhangi & Associates was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, following the Audit Committee's review and pending shareholder approval.
