Natura Hue-Chem Limited's Board has appointed KCMG & Associates as its new Statutory Auditors, following the Audit Committee's suggestion.

This appointment addresses a casual vacancy created by the resignation of the previous auditors, Batra Deepak & Associates.

KCMG & Associates will first serve until the next Annual General Meeting and then, subject to member approval, for a five-year term, ensuring ongoing financial oversight.
