Vippy Spinpro has informed shareholders about its 34th Annual General Meeting, which will be held on September 25, 2026, at 11:30 AM (IST) via video conference.

The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and AGM Notice are available on the company’s website, with direct links sent to shareholders whose email addresses are not registered.

The company also urged shareholders with physical securities to update their KYC details, including PAN and bank information.

From April 1, 2024, payments like dividends will only be electronic for folios with incomplete KYC.

Shareholders are encouraged to register their email addresses.
