Rudra Ecovation Limited's board has approved significant changes to its management team.

Mr. Gian Chand Thakur was re-appointed as a Whole Time Director for a further five-year term.

The board also appointed Mr. Inderpreet Singh as a Non-Executive Independent Director and Mr. Rahul Kapoor as an Executive Director, each for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Concurrently, Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Tiwari has stepped down from his positions as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer due to personal reasons.
