Exim (India) Ltd.'s promoter, Mr. Murli Wadhumal Dialani, along with Persons Acting in Concert, has acquired 49,182 equity shares through open market purchases.

The promoter group's total shareholding in the company now stands at 1,78,76,838 shares, representing 44.286% of the equity.

This is an increase from their previous holding of 44.164%. The company's equity share capital remains Rs. 40.37 crore, comprising 4,03,67,250 shares.
