Transrail Lighting Ltd's Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.00 per equity share (100%) for FY25-26. This dividend, pending shareholder approval, will be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS). Shareholders are advised to submit necessary documents for appropriate tax rates.
