Outcome of Board Meeting

AAVAS Financiers' Executive Committee approved raising up to Rs 100 Cr via Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). These NCDs will be issued via private placement, have a 60-month tenor, and will be listed on BSE.
