Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd. has announced its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 30, 2026. The company has set June 23, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.

The AGM will also cover the adoption of financial statements and re-appointment of directors and auditors.
