Singer India has announced a board meeting on June 25, 2026. The primary purpose is to fix July 31, 2026, as the record date for a final dividend payout of Rs. 0.40 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Shareholder approval is pending for this dividend and for the remuneration of the Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director.
