Allcargo Global Logistics has acquired a 10% stake in ECUnordicon AB for SEK 17.6 million.

This move enhances their multimodal transportation and warehousing capabilities in Sweden, consolidating their ownership to 100%. The acquired entity reported a turnover of SEK 462.56 million in 2025. This strategic expansion strengthens Allcargo's European presence and global service network.
