RMC Switchgears has announced a board meeting to approve quarterly financial results.

The company plans to increase authorized share capital and potentially loan up to ₹500 Cr to subsidiaries.

A joint venture with Continental Petroleum is also proposed, alongside granting 1500 stock options to employees.
