Record Date

Regaal Resources Limited has announced a board meeting on 14th August 2026. The purpose is to fix the record date for a final dividend payout for FY25-26. Shareholders on record as of 16th September 2026 will be eligible.

The 14th AGM is scheduled for 23rd September 2026, where shareholders will vote on the dividend.
