TSF Investments is set to boost its stake in Wheels India Limited by subscribing to a preferential issue worth ₹150 Cr.

This move aims to consolidate TSF's holdings in its associate company, strengthening its position in the automotive and industrial components manufacturing sector.

The acquisition is expected to be completed by September 30th, subject to shareholder approval.
