The company's share transfer books will be closed from September 22 to September 28, 2026, for the AGM and final dividend payment.

E-voting is available from September 25 to September 27, 2026, with a cut-off date of September 21, 2026, for eligibility.

The record date for the FY 2025-26 dividend is also September 21, 2026, with payment subject to AGM approval.
