Jungle Camps India Limited has informed shareholders about its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM via video conferencing.

The company's Board has proposed a final dividend of Re.

0.10 (Ten Paise) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.

Shareholders can participate in e-voting from September 23 to September 25, 2026. The AGM will also address the re-appointment of Mr. Pardeep Singh as a Director.
