Minal Industries Limited has announced the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 23 to September 29, inclusive.

This book closure is for the purpose of the company's 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for September 29. Shareholders on record before this period will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
