Shareholders will consider and adopt the financial results for the financial year 2025-26 and re-appoint Mr. Geet Gorani as a Non-Executive Director, who retires by rotation.

This meeting allows shareholders to review the company's annual performance and participate in key governance decisions, including director appointments and approving yearly accounts.
