GCM Securities Board approved the Director's Report for FY25-26. The board proposed the re-appointment of Inder Chand Baid as Director and Chairman (5 yrs) and Manish Baid as MD (5 yrs). The 31st AGM is scheduled for September 25, 2026, via VC/OAVM.
