The company has announced key governance and operational updates.

A new auditor, M/s. K B Nambiar & Associates, will be appointed for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Executive Director Tejagna K. Katpitia, instrumental in recent revenue growth from ₹19.8 Cr to ₹45 Cr, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening financial leadership.

The board also approved the Directors Report for FY 2025-26. Shareholders should note the AGM on September 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM via VC, with e-voting from September 27-29, 2026. Share transfer books will be closed September 24-30, 2026.
