Bondada Engineering has incorporated PhotonicGrid Networks Private Limited as a new subsidiary.

This strategic move aims to expand the Group's telecom infrastructure capabilities beyond engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and managed services.

PhotonicGrid will build, own, and operate fibre optic infrastructure networks and digital connectivity solutions across India.

This initiative is designed to generate long-term, recurring revenue streams by serving hyperscalers, data centre operators, and telecom providers, leveraging the strong demand for high-capacity digital connectivity and the Group’s existing execution expertise.
