GEM Enviro Management has announced Monday, September 21, 2026, as the Record Date for shareholders.

Those holding shares by this date will be eligible for the final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per equity share, or 5% per share, subject to approval at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Eligibility for voting at the AGM will also be determined by shareholding on this Record Date.

Additionally, the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 22 to September 28 for these purposes.
