Jetking Infotrain has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means.

Shareholders can access the AGM Notice and the Annual Report for fiscal year 2025-26 on the company's and stock exchanges' websites, as well as the NSDL e-voting platform.

The company is providing a remote e-voting facility for shareholders.

Those holding shares on the eligibility date can participate and cast their votes online.

Physical attendance for the AGM is not required.
