Omkar Pharmachem has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Hotel Kanak, Ahmedabad, at 10:30 a.m.

The Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 has been sent electronically to shareholders.

The company provides remote e-voting, opening September 27 at 9:00 a.m. and closing September 29 at 5:00 p.m.

Shareholders registered as of September 23 are eligible to vote.

Those not using remote e-voting can vote at the AGM.
