Indong Tea Company's Board has approved key upcoming shareholder events, including the convening of its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held virtually.

This includes approving the closure of share transfer books and establishing a cut-off date for voting rights.

The Board also appointed a Scrutinizer for transparent e-voting and approved essential documents like the AGM Notice, Directors Report, Management Discussion & Analysis, and Corporate Governance Report for the recent fiscal year.

Additionally, the company reconstituted its Internal Complaints Committee and appointed a Nodal Officer, bolstering governance.
