Great Eastern Shipping (GESHIP) has commenced an open market share buyback.

The company plans to repurchase shares worth up to ₹900 Cr at a maximum price of ₹1,530 per share.

This buyback is executed via the stock exchange mechanism.

The initiative aims to enhance shareholder value and optimize capital structure, with promoters and promoter group shareholders excluded from participation.
