Bella Casa Fashion & Retail has announced its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via Video Conferencing on September 29, 2026, at 01:00 P.M.

The AGM will address the adoption of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a Re.

0.50 per share dividend.

Shareholders will also vote on director re-appointments, including the Whole-Time Director & CFO, Statutory Auditors, and Independent Directors.

Additionally, the company seeks approval to raise funds up to Rs. 100 Crore through various instruments, a key growth-funding move.

E-voting will be available from September 26-28, with September 19 as the cut-off date.
