Outcome of Board Meeting

Master Trust's board approved its FY26 Board Report & scheduled AGM for Sept 30. Directors also greenlit related party transactions for FY27, including a material RPT with Master Capital Services up to 1,500 Cr, and re-appointed a director, all subject to shareholder approval.
