CyberTech has set September 21, 2026, as the Record Date.

This date will determine shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY 2025-26. If shareholders approve the dividend at the AGM on September 28, 2026, a payout of ₹4 per equity share (face value ₹10) will be distributed.

Payment to eligible shareholders is expected on or before October 26, 2026.
