Electro Mech Limited has altered its Articles of Association to include a new clause, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

This change will permit shareholders to voluntarily forgo their right to receive interim or final dividends.

It allows members, including promoters, to irrevocably opt out of receiving dividends for any financial year, effective after the record date.
