Record Date

Pashupati Cotspin has set Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend for FY25-26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the proposed dividend of Rs. 0.05 per equity share (5% on face value). This dividend payout awaits approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be disbursed within 30 days of that approval.
