Evexia Lifecare Limited's promoter group entity, M/s. Shree Saibaba Exim Private Limited, has increased its stake in the company.

The entity acquired 32,80,000 equity shares through the open market.

This acquisition has raised the promoter group's total holding from 2,04,59,624 shares, representing 1.089% of the equity, to 2,37,39,624 shares, which now constitutes 1.259% of the company's total equity share capital of Rs. 187.73 crore.

This move signals continued confidence from the promoter group in Evexia Lifecare's future.
