Options to purchase securities

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Company through a circular resolution dated September 03, 2026, has approved the grant of 140,000 options to eligible employees of the Company.
