VOLKAI has announced a Record Date of Friday, 18th September, 2026 for its upcoming stock split.

Shareholders on this date will be eligible for the sub-division, where each existing equity share with a face value of Rs. 10/- will be split into 10 new equity shares, each having a face value of Re.
