Archit Organosys Limited has announced a board meeting where it approved increasing its Authorized Share Capital from ₹25 Cr to ₹60 Cr, subject to shareholder approval.

The board also approved a preferential issue of 3.72 Cr equity shares at ₹65 per share to acquire 1.86 Cr equity shares (92.20% stake) of Archit Life Science Limited.

This acquisition values Archit Life Science shares at ₹130 each and is also subject to shareholder and other necessary approvals.

This move significantly expands the company's capital base and brings a substantial stake in Archit Life Science under its fold.
