Avalon Technologies announced a Joint Venture with European EMS giant Zollner Elektronik AG for India-based electronics manufacturing.

Zollner will initially hold 51% in the new entity, Zollner Avalon Private Ltd. The board also approved key director appointments and re-appointments.
