Cubical Financial Services will convene its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through video conference.

Shareholders will review and adopt the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Key proposals include the re-appointment of Mrs. Jyoti Choudhary as a Director and the re-appointment of Mr. Ashwani Kumar Gupta as Executive Chairman and Managing Director for an additional five-year term.

Mr. Gupta, holding 1.64 crore equity shares, will receive remuneration up to 0.24 Cr annually.

E-voting facilities will be provided, with a designated cut-off date for eligibility.
