This decision, driven by commercial non-viability and increasing operational challenges, affects an insignificant portion of the company's business.

This segment contributed zero percent to the company's turnover in the last fiscal year, and its closure is not expected to have any material adverse effect on overall operations.

The company will also surrender its Digital Addressable System license.

This strategic move aims to realign operations and allow Sea TV Network to focus on its core business areas.

The process is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026.
