MARG TECHNO PROJECTS' Board has approved its Directors Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the last financial year.

The Board also approved the voluntary delisting of its Equity Shares from Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSE), noting that shares will continue to be listed on BSE Limited.

This delisting will occur without providing an exit opportunity to shareholders.

The Board appointed Mr. Harsh Chauhan as a new Independent Director and re-appointed Shri Pankaj Jadhav and Smt.

Deepa Nair for second terms, all subject to shareholder approval.

These changes led to the reconstitution of key committees.

Furthermore, the Notice for the upcoming Annual General Meeting was approved, which will include e-voting via video conferencing.
