MARG TECHNO PROJECTS has announced key board decisions.

The Board approved its annual reports for FY26 and appointed Mr. Harsh Chauhan as a new Independent Director.

It also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Pankaj Jadhav and Smt.

Deepa Nair as Independent Directors, all subject to shareholder approval.

Board committees were re-constituted.

A significant move is the voluntary delisting of shares from Metropolitan Stock Exchange, with shares continuing to trade on BSE, but without an exit opportunity for existing shareholders.

The 33rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026, with e-voting facilities.
