Outcome of Board Meeting

PLADA INFOTECH's board approved the FY25-26 Annual Report and will hold its 16th AGM on Sep 30, 2026. Members will vote on re-appointing Whole-time Director Anil Kotak and appointing fintech veteran Vishal Maru as an Independent Director for 5 years.
