Amrapali Industries' Board has re-appointed Mr. Yashwant Amratlal Thakkar as Chairman and Managing Director for a fresh three-year term, starting October 1, 2026. This decision ensures leadership continuity and stability for the company's future direction.

The Board also approved the Board’s Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, and authorized the notice for the 38th Annual General Meeting.
