Each share has a face value and exercise price of ₹10. This allotment boosts the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹3.73 Cr (3,732,673 shares) to ₹3.73 Cr (3,732,712 shares). This is a routine step in employee incentive programs, slightly increasing the total number of shares outstanding.
