RDB Infrastructure & Power's 20th AGM will address robust FY2025-26 financial results: standalone net profit grew to ₹12.52 Cr on ₹142.60 Cr revenue, with consolidated figures at ₹12.59 Cr net profit and ₹142.61 Cr revenue.

No dividend was proposed, conserving resources for growth.

Operational highlights include completing renovation projects and starting a 2.6 MWp Solar Power Project.

Paid-up capital increased to ₹21.00 Cr, though 1.78 Cr warrants were forfeited.

Shareholders will vote on ₹140 Cr in related party loans and ₹250 Cr for other financial assistance.

The company also disclosed an ₹8.02 Lakh BSE fine and an ongoing ED inquiry.
