NLC India is hiving off 708.96 MW of Renewable Energy assets, including a 4 MW Green Hydrogen Project, to its wholly-owned subsidiary, NIRL.

These assets represent 0.24% of company revenue and 4.30% of net worth (Rs 925.08 Cr). This internal transfer aims to streamline RE operations.
