Ganesha Ecoverse Limited has announced the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 20 to September 26, both days inclusive.

This closure is in preparation for the company's 23rd Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on September 26 at 2:00 P.M (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means.

Shareholders should be aware that share transfers will not be processed during this book closure period.
