Outcome of Board Meeting

ATC Energies System's board approved the Director's Report for FY26. The 6th AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026, where shareholders will vote on the proposed regularization of Mr. Vidit Sandeep Bajoria as a Non-Executive Director.

A scrutinizer for e-voting was also appointed.
