SREE VARADARAJA NIDHI LIMITED has notified shareholders of its 34th Annual General Meeting to approve annual financial statements.

Key proposals include considering a 10% dividend on equity shares and re-appointing Tmt.

Deepalakshmi as a Director.

The company also plans to appoint M/s. Narasimhan & Srinivasan as new Statutory Auditors for five years, as the existing auditors are unwilling to continue.

Additionally, shareholders will vote on confirming Dr. Vaishnavi and Dr. V. Preethi Dharani as Directors, whose continued association is viewed as beneficial.
